Scowtt integrates deeply with leading CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and others, turning raw lifecycle data into actionable intelligence for paid campaigns and sales prioritization. A key differentiator is Scowtt’s proprietary in-house LML models, which ensure stronger data security, higher model accuracy, and enterprise-grade trust. Plus, with end-to-end encryption, robust security practices, and GDPR & SOC 2 Type I certification, Scowtt delivers compliance and scalability without relying on third-party AI APIs.

Agicent partnered with Scowtt in mid-2024 as the product design and engineering team, supporting the platform from MVP to a full-scale production product — a journey that later culminated in Scowtt’s $12M Series A funding.

The Opportunity

Scowtt was envisioned as an AI SDR layer on top of existing CRMs—reducing manual lead qualification and helping sales teams spend time only on high-intent opportunities. So, during the discovery call, it became clear that Scowtt’s target customers weren’t lacking data — they were drowning in it. CRMs were full of valuable signals, but teams struggled to answer simple, high-impact questions:

  • Which leads are actually worth spending on?
  • Which opportunities should sales prioritize today?
  • How can paid campaigns optimize for future revenue, not just past clicks?

Existing tools focused on reporting and historical insights. Scowtt wanted to build something fundamentally different: a predictive intelligence layer powered by secure, first-party data.

The Solution

Agicent helped translate this vision into a scalable platform. We delivered an MVP in just 4 months, focusing on:

  • Ingest CRM and behavioral data cleanly
  • Apply Scowtt’s in-house LML models to generate predictive lead scores
  • Surface those insights in a way that non-technical teams could actually act on
  • Lay a foundation that wouldn’t need to be rebuilt six months later

We used Next.js on the frontend to keep the product fast, flexible, and SEO-ready, and Node.js on the backend to support event-driven workflows and real-time data processing. Infrastructure was designed across Google Cloud and AWS Lambda, keeping scaling and cost efficiency in balance from day one.

By the end of the MVP phase, Scowtt wasn’t just a concept — it was something real users could log into, test, and trust.

Building the Core Product (Beyond MVP)

After MVP validation, the work became more interesting — and more complex.

Instead of relying on third-party AI APIs, Scowtt’s team invested heavily in proprietary LML models built in-house. From a BA and delivery perspective, this mattered a lot:

  • Data never leaves the platform unnecessarily
  • Customers feel confident connecting sensitive CRM pipelines
  • Models can be tuned deeply around real business outcomes, not generic predictions

Our job shifted from “shipping features” to engineering a system that could mature safely:

  • Deeper CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • More accurate predictive signals fed directly into paid ad platforms
  • Smarter workflows for sales and marketing teams to act on those predictions

At this stage, Scowtt stopped being an MVP and became a full-scale product, expanding its predictive engine, strengthening CRM and ad platform integrations, and refining workflows that allow teams to act on insights in real time.

Results

Today, it is a fully operational, enterprise-ready platform delivering measurable outcomes for customers:

  • LaserAway achieved a 59% increase in purchase ROAS
  • Advanced Hair Restoration recorded a 64% lift in purchase ROAS
  • Customers across industries report improved lead quality, higher conversion rates, and better paid campaign efficiency

In recognition of both product maturity and market traction, Scowtt raised $12 million in Series A funding in December 2025, led by Inspired Capital with participation from LiveRamp Ventures, Angeles Investors, and Angeles Ventures.
